两者都可以表示“确保做某事”，但 make sure to do sth 一般表示主观上的努力，所以一般用于祈使句等可以表示主观努力的语境；而 make sure of doing sth 一般表示客观上的结果，所以一般不需要于祈使句等可以表示主观努力的语境。比较：
